Returns

As EPR credits once transferred from the PWP/recyclers CPCB EPR wallet or account then it cannot be returned back to the PWP/recyclers wallet. Once the order is delivered, you are not allowed to return the EPR credits. .

Cancellation Policy

Once a service/purchase order is issued by the EPR credit buyer and accepted by the EPR credit supplier/seller, cancellation of orders is not permitted.
