CCXLIVE, a brand owned by Prithivyam LLP, implements the following payment policy for transactions involving EPR Credit Buyers and Sellers:

For EPR Credit Buyers:

Upon issuing a service/purchase order and subsequent acceptance by the EPR Credit Supplier/Seller, the EPR Credit Buyer is obligated to remit the full invoice value to Prithivyam LLP. Prithivyam LLP will retain the payment until the delivery of the service/purchase order is confirmed. Upon confirmation of delivery, Prithivyam LLP will release the payment to the EPR Credit Seller.

For EPR Credit Sellers:

Upon delivering the services as per the service/purchase order and receiving confirmation from the EPR Credit Buyer acknowledging receipt of the services, the EPR Credit Seller will be entitled to receive the full and final payment. Prithivyam LLP will release the payment within 10 working days following the confirmation of service receipt by the EPR Credit Buyer.

This payment policy ensures transparency and accountability in financial transactions conducted through CCXLIVE, facilitating efficient business operations for all parties involved.
